Hi!

My name is Eleani, i am a ​licenced pharmacist with a working experience on health supplements and skincare products and practices, of 4 years.

I graduated from National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and I am currently doing my MA in Strategic Communications and Public Relations in The American College of Greece.

I love everything around self-care, but not gonna like, i have a soft spot for skincare. Being a major consumer myself, this blog is mainly my thoughts on trends but also reviews and facts about products I already tried out. 

Through this journey, I aim to openly express my thoughts, excitement and maybe concerns (?) about all things healthcare.

You'll notice that all my posts have sources, because, these days, we love us some credible info!
